Yes, I also agree that they should be giving the user more options but the point is that if the user can decide what options he is interested in for a particular product, then he might as well use google.

Like I said, you and I are probably not going to use Kallow ever, but our grandparents might find the service useful.</description>

How does kallow know my budget? They didnt ask me, Do I have a brand preference? I may not be the researching kind but i maybe partial to samsung! 

Having browser Kallow for some time now, I think it might seem like they are promoting one product over the other rather than giving an unbiased opinion, no matter what kind of tech they are using under ti all.</description>
